The Sure Shot Telescopic unit is suitable for all ages, including adults.  The unit includes a telescopic pole design that allows the height of the backboard and ring to be quickly and easily adjusted between 2.45m to official height of 3.05m. Further, the middle pole can be removed to allow height settings from 1.5m to 2.1m.
