Delivery information:

Most of our products are delivered on a next day basis subject to stock availability. The exceptions to this rule are furniture items which are normally 3-5 working days.

We have our own fleet of vans that cover the area local to us. This includes Rochdale, Oldham, Bury, Manchester, Rossendale, Burnley, Accrington & Blackburn. Deliveries not in these areas will be delivered by courier

Delivery charges: If you are an educational establishment (school, college etc.) you can open a credit account instantly - just click on the "open account" button at the bottom of our website, delivery is FREE for all orders

If you are paying by credit card orders under £100 will be subject to a £6.95 delivery charge - orders above £100 will be delivered FREE of charge

If an item is out of stock when you place your order we will contact you to give you a due date or offer you an alternative product

Deliveries in school holidays: We can deliver on a date to suit you - for example bulk orders for the September term - contact us for details

 

Ordering:

If you are an educational establishment you can place orders on your account via the website, email or telephone

Alternatively we accept payment via all major credit & debit cards. We only accept payment by credit card via our website, we are unable to accept payment for orders over the telephone

We take your security very seriously and we use Stripe for all payments by credit card. The only information we store is the details necessary to ensure the goods reach the correct delivery address

As an account customer you will receive a VAT invoice via email after we have made the delivery 

 

Returns:

Goods ordered in error: If you have ordered an item in error or you no longer require the product please contact us via email: sales@hosltd.net or call us on 01706 861643 to speak to our customer service team

Incorrect item received: Again please contact us via email or telephone in the first instance so that we can arrange to have the incorrect goods returned & the correct item re-delivered

Received a damged or faulty item? Yup you've guessed it - Contact us via email or telephone so we can arrange for a replacement to be sent out

 

Catalogues:

We no longer produce a printed catalogue. There are a number of reasons behind this but the main one is the less we print the better it is for the environment. We are fully focused & committed to ensuring you can find the right product at the right price here on our website

 

I need to place a bulk order:

We welcome enquiries if you should wish to place a bulk order. This could be a large volume of copier paper or a bulk order of various supplies for the classroom or school. We have worked hand in hand with numerous schools on larger orders particularly for the summer. Please get in touch we would love to hear from you. We realise that ordering classroom furniture can sometimes be a daunting task and finding the correct products and the right sizes is difficult. Do you have everything on your website in stock?

The vast majority of products are available from stock on a next day delivery basis (with the exception of furniture & some larger items) We strive to keep our website as up-to-date as possible but sometimes products become unavailable/discontinued at short notice. If you order a product that is unavailable or is discontinued you will be informed straight away and will be offered an alternative wherever possible.
